Mine did, in the middle of the night of course. I had been to a end of turn check up and she was still breech. That night she moved! So do not give up hope, and do not worry if she stays breech the doctors know what to do.

Yes it is possible. I know of a lady who was having a baby and the doctors wanted to do a c section because the baby was breech and at the last minute the baby turned and she had it natural.

YES.
You still have a lot of time left if you are only 31 weeks.
There are also a lot of things you can do to encourage baby to turn.
Breech tilt exercises.
Shoulder stands.
Handstands in a swimming pool.
Moxtibustion.
Accupressure.
Massage.
Chiropractic - the Webster Technique.
Heat on pelvis and ice on fundus.
Shine a light between your legs.
Play music between your legs.

My third was breech until 37 or 38 weeks. I think the shoulder stands were what finally got her to turn. I felt a very huge movement after coming down from one and she was head down at my next appointment.

Yes, but it gets less every day. Get to a chiropractor ASAP and tell them you need the Webster technique. This is a technique where they adjust the area around the uterus to loosen the ligaments holding the uterus and, hopefully, give the fetus some room to turn around.

Other things shown to work include lying on a slant board (an ironing board propped up will do) head down on your back, and spending as much time as humanly possible on hands and knees (pretend you're looking for a contact lens in the carpet -- you need to be that far down). Good luck!

When I had my daughter we did the last ultrasound two weeks before she was born and she was breech so we set up a C-section. The day before I went to the hospital, I had a sharp pain and then the next morning they did another ultrasound and she had moved. So it is possible...

My last one was breech and he turned on his own. I remember it VERY well. He was also a large baby (10.12, his brother was 11.2) and he managed to find the room to do it. If he/she does not turn, and they do a c-section, it is not the end of the world! I had one natural, and two c-section, and I felt that I recovered more quickly from the c-section. I was more uncomfortable, but for a shorter period of time.

My son was like that when i was at least 7 months along. He flipped one day and i knew exactly when he did it. It was like a summer salt in my stomach. It was cool and i was very much relieved. So yes the baby can still turn at anytime before it is position and ready to go. Good Luck.

Yep. It could happen. Some chiros can do a treatment that will help a baby turn. You've got 9 weeks for the baby to turn.

Yes, it is possible. Or your doctors may want to try and manually help baby move by "turning" your belly or try and coax baby to move.

They tried that on me, but it didn't work. Had to have a c-section. C-section was not a big deal.

Hope you have a healthy baby and try not to worry. It all works out!
