Ive had pain in my groin/scrotal area its kind of hard to tell where exactly its coming from, what is it?

I had this type of pain about a month ago i went to my doctor and urologist and got an ultrasound about a week and a half ago and everything came back negative and all the doctors said it was probably nothing. I cant feel any lumps or anything. Im kind of worried though what it could be though its been on my mind alot

You may have a case of torsion of the spermatic cord, also known as testicular tortocollis. But usually the pain is very severe and I imagine the doctors had that in mind when the ultrasound was done.

Since it's only "on your mind," and that all disease states have been ruled out, I think you can put your mind at rest. It may just be a case of a pulled ligament or muscle some where.

If you relax, it will probably go away. If it continues to hurt, get back to that urologist! It's possible that something didn't show up in the tests he did and should check again.
