diarrhoea. better let the toxins out of your body than contaminating your insides.
constipation leads to piles and you wouldn't want that cos it's painful and you see blood coming from your anus.

constipation... is better than diarrhea personally.
More fun trying to push it out and feel relieved in the end whereas with diarrhea, you would have trouble trying to contain yourself and constantly clean the toilet every visit!

I live constipated! So on a rare occasion when I do get diarrhea, it's a blessing, especially (explosive) diarrhea!!!!!

Constipation; you don't have to run to the bathroom as fast. Of course, you'd better bring a good book in there with you!

never had constipation... and to you "healthy" people, everyone gets diarrhea once and a while so let it go and be honest.

Diarrhoea cause lets face it i'll get a day off work then for a couple of hours sat on the loo at least then i won't have gripping tummy pain

depends how badly constipated you r and when the last time you went and done a bowel movement as the toxins from you body can make you vry ill as the toxins seep through your bowel and abdomen walls
