You mean from getting a psych degree? Unfortunately there isn't much you can do with a B.A. in psychology - I have one so I should know. I've now finished a master's program in I/O psychology, and now I work in HR, but not HR in the way that most people think. I don't just sign people up for their benefits and make sure they get payed, in fact I wouldn't know how. We do job analyses and test development. Anyway, if I could do things all over again, I probably would have gone to a graduate program that was just a regular M.A. in psych with an emphasis in quantitative methods, because I like statistics, and am interested in market research, or just research in general. I might be able to help you more if you were to state what your interests are, and what kind of degree you are getting.
