Kids aren't suppose to be exposed to porn and other "sin", why can they be exposed to brainwashing religion?

Really, all this God stuff is a bunch of bull and breeds hatred and starts wars. I see these churches brainwashing kids like Bin Laden trains his "evil doers". Teach a kid how to hunt, fish, golf, play B-ball, etc. And stop with the hate seeds.

Your logic is askew. It's only a "sin" if they are exposed to, believe in and follow the "religion" in which they are raised, AND this "religion" calls such acts a sin. In other words, you're trying to make an assumption that someone would consider these things sin without necessarily being exposed to "brainwashing religion". The problem with religion is that it is created by man. Almost anything organized of this magnitude and created by man is bound to have some fallacies.
Again...like this question. I think I've proven my point.

God isn't about war, hatred, brainwashing, evil doing. Please don't compare Christians to Bin Laden. He is a very misguided soul. Nowhere in the Bible are his actions acceptable. I would never try to brainwash anyone into believing anything. I love God and Jesus and believe in both. My goal is to show people the truth through an accurate knowledge of God. His knowledge is nowhere near accurate. I believe that I need to teach my children the truth so that they can be in paradise with me when we are returned to paradise. Not to teach them to kill people who do not believe, or to rape women, or to treat women as if they are not equal to men. God never wanted what we have today. Someday soon He is going to make this right. I'm sorry you feel the way you do about this subject, but you are entitled to your feelings. I would never plant hate seeds into children, that is despicable. I want to teach children about love and acceptance.

you are the one promoting hate ,Ive never seen anyone in my church or anyone I've every been in brainwashed,they were taught,respect and learned the bible,but they were not in a cult like Jim Jones,or carish,these kids,hunt fish,in fact every September our preacher and some of the men in the church and not in our church, goes to the coast catches as much fish as they can, bring it back and the church has a big fish fry and anyone and everyone is invited,
people in my church play golf, go to football games,we even have a bull rider in our church, and these children that are suppose to be or is being brain washed,or becoming doctors,lawyers,engineers all kinds of things that the church does and its not a brain washing ,some of the member plant 2 gardens,or extra in the garden,and gives out at church,tomatoes,cucumber,
watermelon,potatoes,corn...
sweet potatoes,and no one is in no way brain washed, and some one needs money because of a problem we take up and help them ,we all care about each other as a family because we are of the family of God and we don't hate anyone.

The true message of God is love. Just because people disagree, misinterpret, twist things to their liking, and pervert the gospel, it does not mean that God is still not pure. There will always be evil people in the churches because there will always be evil people everywhere. I hate no one. I love all people although I do not agree with their choices but their choices are between them and the Lord. People confuse what real love means and what hate means. Just because I do not agree with you does not mean I hate you. Just because I do not agree with you does not mean I do not love you. Love is the truth. The pretty and ugly truth. Love tells you when you are wrong and praises you when you are right. God is love. God is just. And God knows the difference between good and evil. So do we.

A proper exposure to God and religion can help to counteract the real brainwashing that popular culture is constantly throwing at all of us in books, movies, TV, songs, advertisements, and even video games including, to name a few:
- Anger and Violence
- Lust and Sex (outside of marriage)
- A disrepect for lawful authority
- Envy, greed and consumerism
- Drugs including smoking and alcohol
- Vanity
- Prejudice and hate
