I will probably have it checked since I go to the doctors soon, anyway, but I want opinions. I have had a pain that starts underneath my left eye socket, goes up behind the eye and around the head towards the back of my left ear. Any advice given would be much appreciated. I haven't had my wisdom teeth out and they have been coming in, so it may be and probably is that, but if there is any other things with the same symptoms, please let me know.

MIgraine, maybe? They don't typically last more than a couple of days. The trimengial (sp?) nerve runs from behind the eye, along the side of the head, and down the neck. During a migraine, there is increased activity along this nerve, and pain associated with it. Sleeping for an hour or more usually gets rid of mine. If it's a migraine, you may also experience spots before your eyes (before the onset of the pain), light and noise sensitivity, nausea, palor, sweating, and vomiting.

Sounds like wisdom teeth, but another possibility might be a sinus problem. I would blame it on the wisdom teeth, though.
