Fresh, right out of the garden if possible.. Particularly if someone else did all the hard work to grow the garden. I can't imagine any other answer.

all depends on the dish im cooking and the vegetable. i love corn on the cob, but in the winter i prefer canned. i like frozen peas, the canned ones taste funny and i always use fresh carrots. broccoli is usually fresh unless im making a dip or spread the i use the frozen ones. i do like the regular bag or mixed veggies make me feel like a kid with my mom cooking only now i don't mind eating them.

I do not like vegetables at all but I know I need them so what I do is get the frozen, ( Jolly Green Giant ) ones that come in all kinds of sauces, my favorite has to be (cauliflower in buttery cheese sauce)! For a vegetable, that's delicious!

Fresh squash(summer, Zucchini) Frozen green beans, canned corn, depends on what you are using them for. Depends on if they are a snack or if it is for a meal.
