I'm going on vacation soon..which means I'm going to be going out to eat a lot. What are some healthy options that I could order for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Any foods to avoid?

Salads, anything grilled. Avid fried foods and fatty foods. Breakfast could be oatmeal or ceareal. Lunch a salad or grilled meat and veggies same for dinner

You didn't mention where you were going.Or your budget. First I would advise you to drink bottled water. Start your day with a hearty breakfast(for energy) and some fruit. Try to avoid fried foods and sodas. Salads and grilled meats are good choices. And remember you can always pop into a grocery store for a snack of yogurt, some fresh fruits, or whatever you are use to at home. Or be adventurous and try some new stuff. See what the locals are having.Keep a bottle of water with you all the time to stay hydrated.
I have done ALOT of traveling and the most important thing to remember is to be careful, safe and mindful. Relax and enjoy yourself. Don't over-do it with dressing up or acting too "touristy". Have a great time.

Eggs are good unless you have a cholesterol problem. Other wise order Special K cereal.

Lunch--salads--Wendy's has a great Mandarian chicken one.

Supper--think broiled. Fish or chicken would be best.
