Cuernavaca! A short bus ride to D.F., Acapulco, Tepotzlan, Taxco, Oaxaca, Puebla. It is a beautiful city and has the most pools per capita of any city (with >1 million residents) on the planet!

I loved Cozumel. The food was great, the drinks were awesome. During the day you can shop, go to the beach, snorkel. The town was small enough that I could go to breakfast and get a churazzo and egg burrito and talk to the owners as if we were old friends. At night (and all day) the bars are inside/outside, music is so lively. I left the tourist area and went into the town. Although it is sort of a poor area I didn't feel endangered - I felt welcome.
