Don't make the first move! When you sense that making out could be coming on there's a whole "atmosphere" between you. You just stay in that "atmosphere" and let the boyfriend make the first move. Its just much nicer that way - regardless of what people these days think is ok to do.

What you don't want to do - if you want the making out to happen - is say something or do something that will "break" the "atmosphere" completely.

Finally, if the "atmosphere" seems to be between you and the boyfriend doesn't make a move it may be because he's a little insecure about it and he may be a nice, polite person who doesn't want to do something inappropriate or something that will get him a giant rejection. If this happens chances are the boyfriend will go home, think about it, and the next time he'll be braver.

I don't know how old you are, but think of this: Isn't it much nicer to be the kissed than to be the kisser? The good thing about not being the guy is that you don't have to worry about making first moves...

How old are you? What are you looking to do? just make out? Well start kissing... and after that it's all natural... but from the sounds of it you might not want to go past kissing and feeling around with clothes... (sorry for sounding like an old man)
