English, by far. We that speak it, especially Americans, have so much slang, and double meanings for hundreds of words and phrases, that a foreigner who comes to our great country can get easily lost trying to decide when he hears: "Man that girl is phat." whether the lady is being insulted or not. We take for granted that everyone knows what we mean, but from the outside looking in, it can really be difficult to learn.

I have always heard that English is the Hardest language to learn. It has tons of rules but so many exceptions to the rules. Very hard for a non-American to learn.

Chinese. Not only is it a tonal language, which means that you must pronounce the word with the proper intonation to confer the proper meaning but the alphabet is also really complex. You must put the right pressure a the right place while writing. So you can't be tone death and you need to be quite artistic with a pen. It is hard even for the Chinese and to be really good at it you must study it your entire life. Successful high school students in China don't even know the half of it.

I'd say studying Korean is really effortless as Hangeul(or Hangul) is alphabetic. But I wager you are European or American, then it might be really complicated so that you can study Korean considering of the specific tradition, grammar and so forth. According to the contemporary research of the US Government Accountability Office, Korean is categorised as a superhard language in conjunction with Arabic, Chinese and Japanese. BUT you already know, while you cherish to do some thing, you simply revel in it! So if you are fascinated by finding out Korean, you'll be able to as a rule revel in it and study it swiftly. And I feel Korean is an excessively tasty language. One of my Vietnamese peers as soon as advised me that she idea the Korean language had an excessively lovely sound, specially whilst she heard fans speakme with each and every different. Of direction, it is her opinion...At any cost, if you happen to begin to study Korean, I desire you revel in it! (BTW, I've on no account heard Korean speakme persons announcing chokilrit or teipoo rakoda or chaejoo/jahjoo. They almost always say chokoret/chokollit, teipeu rekodeo/rekoduh and jaejeu once they say the ones phrases in Korean. Maybe the character who wrote approximately this idea the equal with me however probably simply considering of the specific methods of the romanization of the Korean language....:-))

Haha@ jive. I like that CowboyBill.
I have only tried to learn two other languages besides English: French and Spanish. French was harder for me. I would think that Chinese or Japanese would be pretty hard.

For me, I personally felt it got to be German but somehow when someone point us to the right direction, it shouldn't be the case. Just like for myself, I am learning Spanish both visually and thru audio and it seems much easier. Hard work and perseverance counts too. Cheers!
