Right, just wear them. What happens is you have wear them in a little so they get comfy. Just like a new pair of sneakers, usually they feel strange on ur feet the first one or two times you wear them but after a little while your feet get accoustmed to them.

depending what type of jeans are you wearing. if the elastic ones, there might be a chance of making it loose by wearing it more often. but actually if its a elastic one, you shouldnt have this problem unless you really got the wrong size or you put on to a lot of weight.

if your jeans is not the elastic ones. the only way is to keep the jeans in the cupboard and then lose weight.

well yes that might, and then when you have to wash them, don't put them in the dryer because they will shrink up again. you can also get a jean stretcher. it is a bar that you put in the waistband of your jeans and it is suppose to make them stretch out. sort of the same concept that people do with their shoes.
otherwise, just go and buy a new pair. that would be less hassle.

Jean's won't get looser, they get tighter. They are made of cotton, and cotton shrinks. Best you can do is take them bak and get a bigger size so that they fit better now - and later.

Unfortunately, jeans only get tighter as you wash and dry them, and I dont know if stretching works. If it does your body will stretch them but they will shrink again. Get a new pair.

i disagree with those who say it will "expand" after many usage.in fact,it will shrink due to all the washing and stuff.u shld get yourself another pair or try losing weight.
