Good - the really knowledgeable people who answer the serious questions thoughtfully and give references. Also the answers that make you laugh out loud (someone asked a question about Silence of the Lambs and another answered "it puts the lotion back in the bucket or it gets the hose again") :-)
Bad - the idiots who only answer "i don't know" just to get a few points.
Pathetic - ignorant people who mindlessly answer serious medical or mental health questions without consideration of the harmful consequences.

It can actually be good if people would answer the questions they honestly know something about instead of answering every question they come across just to get 2 points. Some people actually gets on here for real information or help.

Depends on what you ask, I suppose.
It's usually a good service though. The people here are very helpful... usually.
