How do we know 100% that he means Photo Shop Pro and not something new even I haven't heard?

Paint Shop Pro is commonly referred to as PSP as that is the name of the file to run it.
JASC software offers PSP for a free trial download at http:shareware.com or at their website jasc.com. This will redirect you to the proper Corel website since they bought them out.
