Why are women more likely to appreciate inner beauity than men. Relating to homosexuality.

It depends on the man . Younger men have not matured yet and have a tendency to place too much value on the superficial . The older a man get he begins to realize beauty is only skin deep and a good man is hard to find . Your values change with age and with maturity comes knowledge and understanding . older men are more loving and value a good heart and a cool head more than good looks and a taunt body .

It happens that way alot no matter what sexual identity one is...
straight gay or bi...
women in general tend to be way more in touch with their emotions and able to express them or act accordingly
men because of culture tend to be more closed off to their emotions and even when they are they are much less likely to express them...
so you end up with alot of men who cant really connect with another person by means of inner beauty alone because inner beauty often involves ones emotions and ability to identify and connect.
Im not saying all men are like this or even most but alot of men have been damaged by the worlds stereotypes and expectations.

Men, genetically, look for good structure, looks, etc. for the production of thier children. Women look for men who can support and raise their children. Women therefore see deeper than skin for value. This is nothing new. Gay or straight, were are creatures of genes and their influence. Good luck

i agree with goldwing.. also, women are trained to settle for less, i think, whereas society expects men of whatever orientation to have someone hot as a status symbol.
