Yes it is possible.............i doubt you have an std.......if you are dehydrated......but has to be badly, sounds like you are young.. id you are afraid to talk to dad then there has to be a older man to just ask, its okay to not know something, and if you ask a mature man, he wont laugh or embarrass you. too you could consider looking up puberty on net. or call you local health dept. id rather be embarrassed and about that the goo? may be a lubricant that men produce many aren't aware

Take a deep breath -- this may be nothing.
It is VERY possible to get a little thicker fluid at the end of urination. First, if you aren't having sex, your body does have to get rid of old sperm and seminal fluids. Those eject into your urethra and are expelled when you urinate.
Second, it is also possible to have an "internal ejaculation" where the sperm and seminal fluid are sent into the bladder rather than out. It's all a matter of valves and some eastern practicioners train to learn that trick (though I hear it can be hard to unlearn) in order to "preserve their tantric energy".
In any case, it is more likely than not that what you have seen is normal and nothing to be concerned about if it was just a drop or two. If more than that, then definitely see a doctor. You may have a urinary tract infection -- but just because you have an infection doesn't mean it's a vicious STD. You may just need some antibiotics.
It's scary when weird things happen involving your personal parts, but more likely than not, it won't be serious if you don't let a problem go untreated. Do see a doc, though -- an untreated mild infection can grow nasty if ignored.
Get a good night's sleep. You're gonna be fine!

Watch out for the yeast and bladder infections, if you ever think anything is wrong go to a doctor. Yes, it is very possible to ejaculate during a wet dream that is why they are called "wet." There are a few diseases you can catch without sex, like crabs. You can also possibly contract syphillis from someones open sores, during one phase in the disease when they cover the body. I bet you didn't do that either though. If you had been highly aroused it could be cowper's fluid (pre-***).

You can experience other problems than STD's. For example, you might have a urinary tract infection. It's summer and if your living in the northern hemisphere the heat and humidity will increase your chances of getting an infection. Also if you only wash after you go to the bathroom but not before (which is normal)you could possibly transfer ecoli from bad food... to your forskin. Eating something with ecoli can also cause a UTI.

You can try the link I provided at the bottom so you can better describe/include all your symptoms for a more accurate idea of what could be wrong.
Yes, by all means do see a Dr. to be certain. Maybe the symptom checker (listed as my source) can provide you with some possibilities that will set your mind at ease.
Good luck & God Bless

"Is it possible for a male to ejaculate when he is not arroused, or having a wet dream ?"
Not full ejaculate, just a touch of semen (the protective liquid). This isn't uncommon at all especially if you ever have an erection at any point in the day. Your body is just saying, "Oky doky I'm ready for anything."

yes. open wounds can pass on diseases as well.
if any kind of bodily fluid of somebody elses comes in contact with a cut that you may have. that can pass on whatever they have to you.
i have never seen or heard of an unerrect penis ejaculating. i also know that it is not humanly possible to pee and ejaculate at the same time. if it is clear and thick like seamen i would assume thats what it is however it is still odd that you are ejaculating while you are not aroused, and you should still see a doctor.

STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) can be transmitted in a number of ways :
By unprotected sexual relations
By use of infected needle
By use of non-sterilize medical equipment (such as surgeory tools etc)
By tranfusion of infected blood
By accidental contact of blood with the infected blood
-So you have to keep in mind all this and recall where is the mistake, merely sexual relationship or needle is not the reason.

anything is possible- its called public tolits. Also possible poor hygene though it doesnt sound like thats the case because of your obvious attendance to this problem. It could of been *** that accumliated over time andjust finially released. I still recommend going to a docotor but I doubt its anything to be concerned greatly about.

It can't be an std. It could have been from having a wet dream. I suspect that this happened first thing in the morning right?
