Who gives a rats *** if he is gay! Good for him if he is. It wont go changing who he is OR his reputation with his fans! Just because he is single doesnt necessarily mean he is gay. Dont forget that superstars have very busy schedules. They dont always get time to go and meet other people and such. Let alone see their own families at times. So cmon, even tho im not a cena fan. Give the guy a break! If he is gay, then great for him. If not, then that just makes u look stupid now doesnt it.

OMG!! Get a life, Just because Cena may not have a girlfriend or wife (how would you know hz personal life anyway) oh yah you believe the crap on the internet. this does not mean hz is gay. try stepping into his shoes and his schedule that would be hard to fit in a good relationship it usually puts a strain on anytype of relationship due to the time and distance apart. I bet you didnt think of that.I know this from personal experience the time I had spent in another state due to my job put a strain on a relationship i had and it ended
