Depends on where you live. I am in Chicago, and I have tried them all. I do travel a little as well. From my experience it is Cingular by far. They have had the very best coverage by far. Next would be Verizon.

Worst would be Sprint.

I've had them all. I presently use Sprint. Sprint is okay, if you don't mind really bad customer service. Otherwise, the coverage and reliability is comparable to all the others. Strangely enough, some of the best coverage and reliability I've had came from a Tracfone. I'de still use them if the per minute cost wasn't so expensive. Andy

I prefer Verizon - for service and coverage. But, whatever you do stay AWAY from Sprint (which is now Sprint / Nextel) ... they SUCK.
