If they accidentaly pop into your mind like OOPS then whatever brush it off....but if you are like purposely thinking about a family member to get you off then you seriously need to sit yourself down and truely understand thats its not good thinking...at all.
If you possibly knew what it is like to be thought about that way...by someone you trust and share a relation to then you would never do it to someone else.

no. Your normal adult lifestyle should focus on someone outside your family. The incest taboo is very strong and training yourself this way could give you problems later on. Get a copy of a porno magazine or porno on the Internet or the television. Do yourself a favour

No, unless it is a distant cousin, not someone who has a close relationship/blood structure.
Psychologically speaking, it is quite normal, it happens, but we have to be cautious, not too indulge in fantasy too much, because we live in reality.
