County will not accept just a PO box. And will not accept address where I store my trailer.

utilize p.o. box for billing.

you can have business cars made up with your
home address so it helps to make your
business appear legit.

talk to your person that does your taxes.
they would know how to direct you.
so you can have a registered headquarters!

You don't have to 'run' the business from your
home. Rent a PO Box for the 'business' mail.
Keep your equipment privately owned.

I don't think you'd need a permission letter unless
you are 'doing' business at your address. You'd be
doing lawn care at other residences.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I've had many businesses and have not had any problems starting them up and operating them. None of the communities I've lived in have required a license of any kind except in skilled trades such as plumbing or electrical work. What makes you think you need a license or a letter from your landlord? It sounds as though you are misinformed.
