after you've come out to your family members, you find no support, only abuse, tears and threats? how and where do you find a happy and healthy relationship?
right now, the only option seems to be
a. praying, hoping for a change within myself
b. marry a girl, pretend to be normal
c. celibate, and not involve myself in any relationships

Praying isn't going to change anything. Being celibate sucks! Pretending to be straight and tricking a woman into marrying you also sucks.
Are therepockets of gay people in yourcountry? Would you some safety there? Would you consider relocating to another country? It's not like you're losing your family's love and support. It seems such an extreme situation, but at least you would be able to meet people like yourself. Making homosexuality illegal is so damn stupid. How can people make loving someone illegal???

You are obviously living in a Muslim country...it is too late, but you should NEVER have come out to your family. I am sorry you did, you should have asked for advice before doing this. Now, your options are very limited. IF there is any way to get a VISA to go to Holland or Germany for vacation, GO NOW before you are beheaded! Once there, immediately apply for political assylum. I hope you have a skill...if you do, there is some chance that you may be taken in by that country. Today, the fear of terrorism is high, and that will not be on your side, but ... these countries recognize that your life is in danger and may take you in. IF you can become a citizen of Holland, there is a good chance that you can later immigrate to the US. I do so wish you the very best of luck. IF you cannot get out legally, I don't know what you are going to do. But if you can get a Visa, and if you are not granted assylum, it might be best to disappear into the society of whatever country you go to...I cannot advise you on that...I do know that you cannot come to the US under any pretense at this time. Good luck, you are going to need it. YOU may be able, on the Internet, to get a sponser in England for school..you may have to be more than just friends, but it will be better than staying where you are at...that is all but suicide.

Rom sounds like you are in a very complex situation. There really is no easy answer. My suggestion to you is try to locate other gay people for support where you live. If your family is that much against it you could risk being removed from their home if you still live with them. It is sad that people dont accept people for who they are. But consider this if were you live is really that bad with being homosexual. You may want to consider keeping it a secret till you can move or somthing like that. You need to consider your saftey many people have been put on the street or worse for saying that they were gay. I dont want to scare you I just want you to think things thru and make sure you make the right choices about telling people. But really please try to find a group of friends that you can depend on and get support from. I am sure there are alot more gay people than you know right where you live.

i agree with the idea of moving to a country where you can safely be yourself. i dont know which country you are in but i have seen pictures of men being put to death when it was discovered that they were gay. i would try to get out. only dont try for the USA. chances are George dubya wont want any more homosexuals as he has pretty much shown that he isnt too keen on them.

I believe that homosexuality is a choice and just a form of sexual deviance. Choose not to defile yourself. Ask God to remove that lust from you. If the desire in you is strong, be celibate because it is unfair to involve yourself with a woman with those feelings inside of you.

I would go with choice "A" if I was you. There is no problem too large for God to handle, and whenever I don't know what to do, I turn it over to Him, and it always works out (there have been some doozies too).
