I don't know which size I should use for repairing the stripped threading for my Foreman head cover bolt. I don't live near any NAPA or any other repair shops to show the bolt and ask which kit I should get. Thanks.

The cyl head cover uses 6mm bolts (the bolt's diameter is 6mm - 10mm is the size of the wrench).

I think you don't mean 10 mm bolt - I think you mean that you use a 10mm wrench FOR that bolt. You could ask any reapir shop, but I think it's 4 or 4.5 mm

take the bolt to the parts store with you and the people at the counter can help you pick out the right kit.
