I don't know which size I should use for repairing the stripped threading for my Foreman head cover bolt. I don't live near any NAPA or any other repair shops to show the bolt and ask which kit I should get. Thanks.

a standard bolt witha 10mm head is a 6mm x 1 pitch

Well we could guess and tell you the wrong answer, or you can take a bolt to the nearest place that sells heli-coils and have them identify the boly thread diameter and pitch. Too bad if there isn't one close. Go the distance.
By the way you do not identify a bolt by its head size.
Also if you are this unfamiliar with a basic thing as thread sizing, I suggest you let someone else rethread that hole for you. If you goof it up you will be done.
