Terminator. He is a machine. Of course Rocky could hit faster...So I guess Rocky but only if he didn't get hit. Of Course Rambo would be them all.

Terminator 2 is Best Sequel Ever made
Rocky Series are also great
But Terminator is best action genre series, it is also noted as best action figure in world cinema.

I am a huge Rocky fan and huge Arnold fan, but in that story line I would have to say that the Terminator would win because of is robotic capability vs a human being, even if it's Rocky Balboa.
You should maybe ask who would win between The Terminator and RoboCop... ;p

Terminator - he's pretty much indestructable and doesn't have to worry, once the skin comes off, about having blood in his eyes.
