should it be illegal for hetero sexual couples?

I dont think any government state or government should have any kind of say on what type of sexual acts go on in the bedroom between to concenting adults..

this law was taken off the books in the state of texas a few years back after a man who was arrested sued and won.. Thank god someone had the balls to stand up to ignorant texas officials

PS
I_will_not_be_beat ...dude you know how stupid that comment made you look? I suggest you copy and paste the question and your comment into a doc file and save it on a disk and 5-10 yrs from now go back and look at it... and you will understand what im talking about.

And Lele... it is no more unsanitary then vaginal sex... and there are many ways of increasing the level of cleanliness in anal sex.. and as far as your religious beliefs... you might need to do some additional reading.. it states in the book that sex for any reason other then reproduction is considered a sin ..I dont think there is a human being on earth who doesnt have sex for pleasure...lust is a sin as well as along with many other things... a sin is a sin... no sin is any worse then the next in gods eyes based on whats in the book

sodomy for the record is any sex act other than missionary positon sex between a man and woman , so mutual masturbation, oral, and anything else you might think of are sodomy...........sodomy laws were abolished by the supreme court as unconstitutional. the federal government should not legislate what consenting adults do in their own bedroom.

Even when it was on the books, sodomy laws (theoretically) applied to all people, regardless of sexuality. It was seldom if ever APPLIED to straight people de facto, but, in short: NO.

Also, the supreme court has found such laws unconstitutional. So, the federal government agrees with me when I say "No".

I think the government should just "butt out" (no pun intended here!) of people's lives when it comes to what two consenting adults want to do "behind closed doors". As long as no one is being hurt (against their will) or victimized or exploited, then live and let live.

i'm not homosexual, but i don't think it should be illegal. what ever goes on behind your closed doors is your business as long as it's consentual. Now, if it's abuse, that's a different story.

It is defiantly unnatural and immoral but not illegal. I do not think the law should be in people's bed chambers.

Reproduction should be illegal for people like you that spread hate.

It is already immoral in religious standards. For anyone of any gender. It's also very unsanitary.
