If CPS is called because someone finds out, will my child get taken away?

1st of all who issued the liscence to grow pot? You need to ask them. And I dont think laws vary from county to county (could be wrong). But I would try to find a state law.

My friend,I don't have the faintest idea but,considering the question,I would begin to defend myself before the question of my ability to behave as a reasonable parent was doubted.If as you claim,you have a license to operate in this "field"!,I would begin compiling evidence of my ability to act in an appropriate manner,such as inviting the local representatives of your community to dinner and suchlike,involve yourself with the community as much as you can,as much as you may not enjoy it!,if you win some hearts,you will be able to live as you wish!Do not be antagonistic to anyone around you,rather offer your help and assistance as much as you can.Legal cases are won on popularity and favour,not just money.Pre-empt the possibility,if you are a user of the substance,you will understand that I speak sense. I wish you well!Above all,keep a diary of daily events in as much detail as you can manage!

I would say that it depends on wether or not you are growing for personal use or distribution. Either way you still are doing the wrong thing according to the Law.

Try calling a lawyer. Were I in your situation, I'd move the grow-op away from my home.

yes. and rightly so. how can you expose a child to such a life. one law i know is violence. when you start getting rich sellingdrugs, someone comes and shoots your life out of you.
