My feanse and I are moving to new york for his work but we don't want to move agian when we have kids. So is it a nice place to raise kids?

Yes it is a nice place to raise kids, but you have to be willing to shell out a lot to live there. It is the most desirable place in the city. and you can forget about bargain hunting. My boy friend and I live there and we love every thing about it. I could go on and on. E-mail me if you have any other questions.

Yes, it is a wonderful place to raise kids.
Rents in the village for a decent 2 bedroom average around $3,000 to $4,000 a month.

Raising children is more a question of the parents than the location. It does not matter where you are if you, as parents, are not involved and aware of your responsibilities as parents.
Nice. What do you want for your kids? Beaches and surfing? Big city living? Suburbs?
