Deal with it and get a job. When you are a big girl no one is going to just hand you money for living in their house, so get used to it.

Get a job. However, to show your parents you have an interest in making money. You can start the convesation like "Mom... Dad... I've been thinking that I want to EARN some money." Then ask them if they'll pay you to do some chores... maybe mow the lawn, paint the fence, babysit your younger siblings, etc... be creative and actually say EARN or key word: be responsible. I am sure your parents will eat it up. The only problem is that you have to follow through on your word and do a good job so that they will "hire" you again!

You can do greeting cards and sell them or teach student and earn or find a job which suits you well.There is no welfare for allowance so be hard working
