You should talk to someone you trust. However, if you can't find someone you trust, talk to a stranger like professional or anyone in the internet, it may help.

The objective is to vent out your problems. Everyone needs a listerner somehow. Most of all, pray to God, he will listen although he may not answer you right away

You can talk to me .. I am all ears.

Depends on the problem. I find that speaking with someone not in my family circle offers a more objective opinion.

Your Herbalist, j/k.

It depends on the problem really, if it's something too personal and psychologist. If it's something you belive your family or friends can help with then talk to them.
