they are trasparent similar to this fish http://www.fishpondinfo.com/rosies.jpg but completly clear.. can it be that fish? or maybe it is something different? Do baby koi's look like that completly clear? ( that picture is not my fish ) These fish range from about .7 iches to 1 inch

Probably "mosquito fish", or gambusia.

Brunch Buddy is correct. Those are definitely mosquito fish. Many outdoor pond owners plant those in there to eat the mosquito larvae.

They do look somewhat like baby koi. Cool little guys.

Koi usually have colors like goldfish or tan andwhite with spots...see through?????

Take some to a pet shop, they should be able to identify them.
