If so, did it work? Describe your experience.

When I talk about magick, I'm referring to performing spells, not the David Copperfield stuff.

Yes, I am a priest in an ancient African religion. A friend of mine had some wack job roomate he couldn't get rid of. He threatened to behead my friend. I had him perform a simple spell and the goofball got arrested several hours later for something stupid. It worked! I think he's still in jail as of the other day. The cops had said they couldn't do anything, so he asked for my help.
Some will say it won't work if the person doesn't believe in it, or it works psycologically. BS. It works if you know what you are doing.

It's interesting, the names for stuff. Like magic for example. So then, what makes it magical. I would have to think it's the glam, oh sorry that's old speak; it's the charm of this world. The magic is there, here there and everywhere; it just needs to be acknowledged; then your away! You may want to consider this though, the first car you ever drove; was it a really fast sports car; or something more manageable. Magic is like that, it can get away from some folk; kind of like too much horse for the rider to handle. Consider this as well if you will, is this something you need in your life; or are you dabbling. But enough of this, your looking for a story and we've all got one to tell, me as well. The magic is the language or more to the point the speaking that we do. It's right there, every time you form and articulate a sentence it's an invocation. It is an imperative that we form our thoughts and speak clearly what our intent is; what we would have happen. You get what you give and the universe doesn't make distinctions between whats good for everyone and what isn't. I wonder if you'll understand this, it took me a long time; and I was awfully afraid of it. Look to what you would have be, then release what you feel inside. Don't complicate it by looking for a rational, it's simple; keep it that way and it works. The words come from feeling, not thought; that are formed and cast forward; chosen wisely. Malice bring nothing but dispair to those who cast it about. Kindness and compassion are the greatest ways of harnessing it, from the heart with good intent. You may wish to consider this final thought before you begin to dabble, once you see you can not unsee; some lives are better off not believing and the time to not believe is definately before; never after. Good luck, whatever your choice.

Yes. It's not about "hocus pocus" it's about energy manipulation and is actually very scientific. A lot of people use magick without even realizing it at times when they have very focused intentions and desire for something. It goes deeper than that in practical application, but that's a good start when thinking of magickal things.

Being a witch I sure do. Although the results are more subtle than what most people would expect. To describe the experience is difficult since it is done in a ritual setting. Yes about 99% worked, the ones that didn't wasn't becaue I did them wrong, but because the goddess did not want it to.

NO it has nothing to do with the devil, the devil is a christian being and we witches are not christian so he doesn't exist in our religion, no devil, no hell.

Yes, I cast a spell that I would return home safely over a long journey with a car that was likely to break down any given second. I had no problems getting home from New Orleans to Va.

Guilty. Yes, it worked, as long as I had complete faith that it would.

Once I had noisy neighbors that were having a loud and noisy party that was keeping me up the night before a workday. Fearing this would always happen, I got out of bed, wrote a spell, and performed it with faith and trust that it would work. Wouldn't you know, my partying, college-aged neighbors were quiet people 'til the day I moved out of that apartment.

Spells are technically the same as prayer, just a direction of energy. And yes, I use Magick every day and yes it works.... but it is no more a cure-all than prayer is. Please don't mess with the collective life force unless you know what you are doing....... Blessings...

Yes I have. I mostly do healing Magick. It works for me because I want to heal the person that has come to me for help. I do mostly brews with herbs, I have to tell you that it amazes me every time a person comes up to me as if they were never sick in the first place.
