it's called an avitar. look for the link on the page you go to when you click your own name....

You must first create a Yahoo 360 account. Then what I did was upload a pic into the photo album it gives you, and set that pic as your "avatar". I forgot what they call it - it isn't the actual avatar, as that is a different feature of Yahoo. Anyway, that's a start for you.

click on your face and then click on edit profile, click on use avatar or create avatar. simple stuff.

And you don't have to create a 360.
