The US conservatives seem to have one answer agree or get out.
They claim to believe and fight for freedom but it doesn't sound like they like the practical applications thereof.
I guess freedom of the press and freedom of speech meant "only for some" - isn't that the rehtoric of the communists and the terrorists they say are "evil".
I am better off in Canada - I have lived all over Canada and of course I have heard some heated arguments over politics and not one of them ended with "if you don't agree get out".
Are Cdn's more freedom loving than the US republican party or is it that the few loud war mongering bulls of hypocrasy attact more attention than they deserve?

Other than the right to own a gun I do not see what freedoms you have that I do not . I lived in the US for 4 yrs (University) and I would suggest we have a lot more freedom than you do.
That said I often wish we had some of your political syestems in place here. I would not trade British parlimentary democracy but certain things here and there I think we should definitely copy.
Hvae you ever lived in Canada?

I too am a Canadian at University in the USA and I don't see much difference in freedom. Some Republicans here are just pathetic. Can you believe the President vetoed stem-cell research!? I however think most Republicans have some common sense and the loud obnoxious ones are the ones who get the press. I find it humourous when someone says they won't vote for Hillary Clinton because "she hates freedom." This is a way of saying I won't vote for her because she is a women who is married to a man I hate. Long story short, most Republicans are OK, some are crazy and some very funny because of their ignorance of the world

Living in the USA, I have a lot more freedom than you do in Canada. The reason I have more freedom is because of the Republicans. I'm 63 y/o so I've seen a lot of changes in my life. In the 1950's we had a lot more freedom than we do now. Our loss of freedoms have come about because of laws passed by Liberals or decisions made by a liberal controlled, Supreme Court.
Because of the freedoms that we still have here, I would never want to move to Canada. I'm happy that you like living in Canada and hope you stay there. I would wish that all the Liberals in the USA would move to Canada so that they could be happy too.
I have no desire to deport anyone that is in the USA legally. That would be unamerican!

We do not have a choice in our elections. Vote for whoever you want but when it comes down to it we will get Dem. or Rep. One or the other and I am SICK of it. Political parties nowadays are a JOKE and are taking advantage of the people who vote for them by not truly representing them. Oh yeah they can defend there platforms like crazy but I want some ACTION, not the bickering back and forth. A lot of issues are pissing the people of the U.S. and the world off right now and our politicians are doing NOTHING. They fire back and forth at each other about who's paryt is better and don't really solve any problems. Poltitcal parties also get in the way of a real person getting far up the ladder by controlling the media during the elections and telling lies about what they are going to do. They are causing a huge rift by letting these issues drag on and the entire world is mocking us and our leadership because they are doing nothing but argue with each other about things. Our politicans need a boot in the kiester to get things going and start making decisions. I don't care anymore what really happens with the issue I just want them to solve something for a change and not just argue about it. The longer issues go unresolved, the bigger the rift will get until we all reach our breaking points. I love my freedom to vote but we don't really have a choice because, until we really wan't a change, it will be a Democrat or Republican every time and we will not see any changes for the better.

I often wonder if all the hate radio is preparotory for mass genocide like the nazis did to jews and the Hutus did to the Tutsis. Hate Radio was critical to bring the ignorant to such a level of seething hate that they would do anything, no matter how sickeningly depraved. Some of the people on these boards are scary.

The Liberal answer seems to be agree or agree. At least you realize Conservative give you a choice. Liberals sound more like terrorists than conservatives do. But that's not your fault, the terrorists are quoting you.

I think this liberal subculture is a phase and they will slowly be phased out through abortion, since they are 10 times more likely to have one and a conservative is 2 times more likely to raise a family.

I think your view of our political situation may be slightly flawed by your own left views.
And no, I would not deport all of you, while I would be tempted to deport some of the more extremist liberals... just kidding.
There are nuts on both sides.
