i am replacing the front end of my mini bike frame, i have got the bottom nut off and nead to know how to get the bolt out of the front end

Put the nut back on the bolt untill the bolt is even with bottom of the nut. In other words, the bolt does not stick out of the nut. Then place a wood block against the bolt/nut and hit it with a BFH ( Big Freakin Hammer) and the bolt should move up. You might try twisting the bolt with a wrench as you hammer to help loosen it. Penetrating oil at all contact points will help. Sometimes it helps to smack the bolt head a good one to jar it loose.

Bottem nut? What bike are you talking about?
Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions.
