I am for adult stem cell research, and against embryonic. Adult stem cells work BETTER, and you don't have to kill anyone to get them.

Why are the two lumped together under "stem cell research"? It's just like throwing legal immigrants and illegal aliens in the same category!

The entire stem cell platform is a ruse to confuse the American people. It's worked wonders too. There's no ban on any type of stem cell research. The only thing is that there is no federal money going to embryonic stem cell research. The huge pharmaceutical companies are paying for and performing embryonic stem cell research. It is going on.

As for those that tell you to do a little research, fear not. Stem cells can come from both adults and embryos. Thus far cures have only come from adult stem cells. Pretty exciting stuff too, including diabetes and paralysis repair. Also, scientists can now convert adult stem cells into all types produced by the body.

The whole thing is a scare tactic. Science will go on with out politics. As a matter of fact, it's better off without it. Politicizing science kills debate and creation.

you can't say adult stem cells work better, they really aren't comparable they are meant to cure diiferent things. Embryonic stem cells have greater potential to cure a larger number of diseaes and help a greater number of people.

No, no, no... The stem cell ones are the most valuable. You can't just say "use adults". PLEASE do some research.

Kill anyone? What are you stupid? Stem Cells aren't coming from aborted fetuses, they are coming from un-planted embryos that are permanently frozen already, and will be destroyed!! WHY AREN'T YOU PROTESTING THE LABS THAT ARE ALREADY DESTROYING THEM??!!!

Hypocrite.
