No, it's not racist at all and whoever told you it was is all kinds of wrong. You can't help who you find attractive, and as you've stated, you have no major issues with your race. Similarly, before I got married, I often found men of lots of other races attractive, but I've never dated anyone but Black men (mainly because of the lack of opportunity - lol). You like who you like, and dating outside your race is just your personal preference. There's nothing wrong with that.

No your not racist. You cant help who your attracted to. Some people are just ignorant, and have the wrong idea of what being racist is. I'm like that too. I'm black and I find some black guys attractive but not many. And to be honest a white will catch my eye faster than a black one will.

I dont think it is racist. It is simply your preference. You cant help who you are attracted to! It's either there or it isnt.
When it becomes a situation where you actually treat different people differently based only on these characteristics, you are prejudice. I dont think that is the case here.

I think that you have nothing to worry about. Your boyfriend doesn't know what he is talking about. Personally I have never dated a black person before either, but I think that there are a lot of people like us. It is fine after all, you can't help who you are attracted to. Bye, hope I helped.

It's hard to say. I mean, if there is no desire to date a black man, I'm unsure how it could be construed as racist.
Certainly if you said you would never date a black man because [insert some really lame reason that deals in stereotypes here] I would understand that to be racist.

Your mental predisposition on whom to date is not prejudice by any means of the spectrum. I know people who chose to not date in their own race (my dear friend who is black choses to date white men over black men, and people pinpoint her as wanting to be "white" and the same with my black male friends who chose white women over black men). How do you be "black"? How do you be "white"? Some of my white friends claims that I want to be "black." There is no manual or predisposition on being "black" or "white." We, as a society, is trapped with blurs of black and white (B&W) which holds us back from a lot. As long as you are comfortable with your heritage and identity, no one can take that away from YOU. And most importantly, its your life and people tend to not understand or accept one's views but that's okay. Don't worry what folks think. Focus on being your own woman. Good luck!

No that's not prejudice at all - it's just what you're attracted to. For example, I like guys with blue eyes and brown hair, but that doesn't mean I'm prejudiced agains those with any other eye or hair color.

I think it's racist because you're implying that you're not attracted to all black men which can't be possible because you haven't seen every black man out there so you can't judge them all like that.

It's not racist. Just because you're not attracted to them doesn't mean you're a racist. It's just a preference. It's a strange one no doubt.
But you have to look at the reasons why. Is it purely physical or do you have stereotypes that feed that thought.

The ignorant and simple-minded often confuse personal opinion as prejudice. We're all entitled to our opinion. The ignorant view an opposing opinion as prejudice and wrong. I weed out all of those type of people from my life. I have no patience for idiocy.
