So...I actually took the time and tried to see things from a pro-choice point of view. I tried to open up my mind to see why someone would be pro-choice. I tried, I can't. If the following website is pro-choice, you pro-choice people should have the same done to you.

Can any of you honestly look at ANY of these pictures, and say these are not human? Can any of you say that these babies never felt pain? You can't, not honestly, unless your related to certain foreign world leaders, who we are currently trying to destroy or have captured. Pro-choicers, you should have the same thing done to you as these small, innocent, unborn, vulnerable babies had done to them, except, you should be aware of every little detail of what's going to happen, and feel every agonizing second of pain that these unfortunate babies felt. Maybe then you would realise why we (pro-lifers) stand for life.

Oh, by the way, stillborn babies are still usually fully formed when born, not deformed, sucked dry, or have their brain lieing next to them.

And, yeah, I'm a guy. So was Jesus, so are our politicians that support this, so, exactly why is this girly?

Oh yeah, I was faced with a choice of abortion...twice, both times I chose life. I would've been very angry if my wife chose abortion. Fortunately, we both stand for life, and considering she's adopted, and her parents chose life instead of abortion.....Go figure. Back alley? please, they tried the same crap with The Prohibition, saying making it illegal was problematic, now we have more problems with alcohol than we ever did....

.....My goal in this post is not to start a fight, as this topic almost always ends up being. My goal is to at least maybe show someone who doesn't know what abortions do to babies exactly what it does. My hope is then that if it changes just one persons mind to not have an abortion, and give a baby up for adoption, or chose some sort of birth control, then I've helped do some sort of good. This isn't a pleasant topic, the pictures are grossly sickening. I wanted to puke looking at them. I hope you all feel the same way.

Sweetie, yeah, you know who I'm talking to...You don't know who I give my money to, and you can lump me in those categories any day you want...sounds like a great idea to me!

It all makes me sad,yeah...I have 2 beautiful little girls,I had my first when I was 18 years old and she is 8 years old now and I could not imagine my life without her,its just not possible, and I had my 2nd daughter 2 years later unplanned and the doctors told me she was going to be born with down syndrome and never once did the option of abortion cross my mind,I would love my baby no matter what because her life was and still is so very precious,it would have been so selfish of me and superficial to have let her down knowing to be born that way was never her fault and seeing today who she is,her personality and her just saying mommy i love you everyday,i just cant dream of what it would be like without that.in the end though i dacided against tests to be done in the womb and i just wanted to welcome her into this world whoever she was..well she was born august 14,2000...shes almost 6 in just about 9 days and she doesnt have anythibg wrong with her,she was a healthy 10 pound baby...with beautiful red hair blue eyes and a love for horses that i have never seen, the way she laughs and even when she cries what makes her worth living....someone..our mom....our dad....our teacher...alll gave us a chance in life. and we get to make choices everyday out of free will, but the helpless little innocent people that are concieved out of love, hate,or even accident do not have a choice in anything,i just feel that we need to think about the childs future at some point abd just give them a chance at life, dont take it away....what if i had taken away my daughters life so early....and it would of been so easy to do so since the doctors said "she wont be normal"....never knowing her at all?....never seeing her smile?.....her fav color?...fav food?....just the little things that we carrying the child get to make....words just cannot express the sympathy i have for the mothers that are confused about it though...nowhere to turn or whatever the case may be....you were given the gift of life to grow inside you...yes it is a gift...and it may be easier just to get it over with and go on with your life and all but what about that little soul....would it not be an adventure as to who they might be someday?...what they might say to make you laugh...?...its just simple....LIFE IS PRECIOUS... we all deserve just a chance...

Right, because having an abortion is like getting tickled with feathers and has no physical pain at all...

So, why aren't you donating all your earnings to the abused, unwanted, and starving children in this country then, huh? Pro-lifers scream and cry and whine and call pro-choice people "murderers," yet when it comes time to CARE about some other child besides a fetus and your own, you don't say a damn thing about them.

You want the government to regulate MY body? How dare you.

You have your views, and I have mine... and I don't firebomb pro-life centers, or kill doctors who WON'T perform abortions, or picket and shoot into pro-life centers or churches... but pro-lifers do that to Planned Parenthoods and people who work there.

So, by that logic, I should call you a "monster" and "murderer" then... since you share the same views at they do.

Oh, am I generalizing? Am I lumping you together with people you are not?

Maybe now you know what it feels like.

I agree with you and if people would stop having unprotected sex like it's a recreational sport it wouldn't be used so often. Abortion is wrong and there are many people who would love to have the chance to adopt a baby. Maybe in life threatening conditions to the mother or unborn child it should be allowed but should be illegal as a form of birth control.

I am pro-life and would like to make a few points.

flbuffalo01 wrote "To my knowledge, abortions in the second and third tri-mester (third for sure) are illegal unless the mothers life is in danger."
Not in the US. The combined rulings of Roe Vs. Wade and Doe Vs. Bolton legalized abortion until the moment of birth if the woman's doctor finds it "necessary for her physical or mental health".

Tish wrote, "As long as MY uterus is the one in question, the choice is MINE."
You're not aborting your uterus or your body or yourself. You're aborting another human being or your child or your child's body.

ohsaxylady wrote, "You want the government to regulate MY body? How dare you."
There are many other laws that regulate your body. For example, you can't punch another with your fist just because it's your fist. How dare the government? Well, because it's usually frowned upon to even injure, let alone kill, another human being except in self-defense. Please see above regarding the "It's my body" stance.

mj wrote about her mother having an abortion in order to save her life. Even the Texas law that was overthrown by Roe had an exception for the mother's life. That would be self-defense. It is and should be legal to kill another in self-defense. However, your mother's case does not justify abortion for other reasons in the same way shooting someone who is killing you doesn't justify shooting someone for other reasons.

We develop as human beings not into human beings. We don't suddenly become human beings at birth or viability or any other variable stage in our development. We are human beings from the beginning of our existence (when a new individual comes into being, is "conceived") until the end. Abortion might seem like the answer, especially when surrounded by "my body, my choice" and other pro-abortion choice slogans, but it is what it is. A mother choosing to end her child's life.

Abortion is pro-choice just like sinning is pro-choice.. god gives you freewill to do whatever you like.. the people involved know its wrong.. and deep down i know they will feel guilty.. but it was all in gods plan.. i do not support abortion.. but i can no longer say its wrong than i can say im always right.. pray for those aborted.. and for the people responsible..

id rather the children be aborted that way than with a hanger or suppocated once they are born and put in a trashcan..

As long as MY uterus is the one in question, the choice is MINE. No, I wouldn't actually get an abortion, but the choice is mine to make. Period.

There also wouldn't be so much debate about this if men were the ones to get pregnant. Abortion would be legal and no one would be yelling about it.

I also find it interesting that the people that claim to be "pro-life" are the ones bombing abortion clinics and killing everyone inside.

you know.. my mother had an abortion. she was 37 and just found out she had cancer for the 3rd time. this time it was stage 4 (read as: terminal). and of course she didn't tell me, i found out from my aunt, but when i asked my mom about it she said "what kind of person would i be if i underwent chemotherapy and radiation with a child? and what kind of mother would i be if i waited 9 months and then died soon after because i did not treat the cancer early enough?"

how about you do some research on that. there are many circumstances in which abortion is completely called for.

Without getting into any one persons definition of morality. Science cannot answer whether or not (or to what degree) the human is aware physically, mentally, or spiritually in the womb. If I cannot answer for the baby and the baby cannot answer for me, don't you think the best thing to do is be responsible for the baby the same way you are your 5 year old. That is: My life for his/hers.

Ok listen I don't think abortions should be legal after a certain amount of time. I think if it's done in the first 4-6 weeks then ok, but not in a second or third trimester. that's horrible.
