So there is this guy and he kinda stole my heart.
he stares,cares,tryed to make small talk and i think he wanted to say i looked beautiful but he did not want to make it looke obvious so he kept shut. so when i invited him to the movies with friends he had his cousiens b-day to go to. so i called him today and asked him to go to the mall with my friends and he said umm... i can't go right now thinking i was leaving then. so i called him at 3 when i was leaving and his mom was on the other line so i gave her my number to give to this boy and she said she will ave him call me back but its been more than 4 hours since 3 and its like 9:30 and he hasn't called me back why hasn't he called me back? is too scared or he wants me to call him? pls help me

I think you should stand back and let him come to you. By now, he should know that you are interested, and willing to go out with him. If he is still too afraid to make a move at this point, there must be a problem...
Relationships are a two way street. He hasn't put much of an effort forth so far, and he's the only one that can change that. Just be cool, and take it slow. Go out and have fun, have fun with your friends, and stop worrying about him. If it was meant to be it will happen.

y dont you talk to one of his friends and go to the movies with one of your friends and one of his plus him lol if you get one of his really good guy friends then it wont be as awkward for him. then that would give you a chance to get to know each other then if you hit it off you can go to the movies or somewhere alone!

No matter what you do please don't chase after this guy...men like to be the chaser so let him do it. If you chase after him and nag him you will puch him farther away.
Say hello to him and be kind.
If he wants to go out with you or talk with you further...I guarantee he'll do so.
But the further you push forward...the further he'll push away
