Hm, people used to use the word "wicked" an awful lot to describe something good. The word itself means bad, but then when the word "bad" started being used to mean "really good," people who wanted to be different changed "bad" to "wicked," but after a while that caught on, too, and everybody was using it, so it just kind of faded away. What was your question again?

in Nazi's Germany, 'Special-treatment' which actually meant 'Torture'!
Another one is our American term, 'Politically-correct' which means ethically wrong.
'Catch-22' : Meaning: 1. A no-win situation for which the only solution is following a rule that is blocked by another rule. 2. A paradoxical situation in which you cannot obtain A without B but B requires A (the chicken or the egg problem).

Naughty. It's something that's bad, but kinda cute too. So not so bad ultimately. Impish? Rascally? Mediocre might be another - neither good nor bad.
