Just go get some apples they will do the job you need and it will be better than taking any toxic man made pill. The apples will work just give them time.

just a suggestion - if you feel bloated or gassy after eating, take a closer look at your diet. There are certain foods that increase this feeling (high fiber foods usually), or even could be due to the rate at which you eat (eating quickly tends to cause you to swallow air...or eating too much can cause that bloated feeling).

If you eliminate the cause, you might not have need for the treatments

drnatura.com They have Colonix, it works really well. You can also find many 7 day systems at Wal-Mart. You could detoxify by drinking juice for 3 days (eating nothing) and then eating fruit for 7 days. Don't mix fruits at each sitting though. You need to eat enough to meet your daily caloric needs. After the 7 days, you can eat raw fruits and veggies, mixing them if you want to. You can also probably eat some yogurt, but not too much stuff with preservatives. I'd stick to the fruit and veggies mostly.

I talked my mom into trying the activia yogurt. It worked wonders for her. Don't forget to get checked out if it doesn't get better soon. A doctor might have the "new fangled" things that could help. good luck. steph

Acidopholus is what I use. You take it with the last meal of the day and it helps keep your colon sqeaky clean. GNC carries it or probably any nutrition store.
