yes...HIV is harder to spread via oral sex, but it is possible, especially if there are any abrasions in or around her mouth or on your penis. As for STD's - herpes can be spread to the genitals, even if the person only has a mouth sore. All it takes is skin - to - skin contact or contact with skin cells that have shed from the sore.

Jason is wrong. I used to work as a R.N. and have read research
papers were the HIV virus was found in saliva. You can catch HIV
and other STDs by having someone perform oral sex on you. If you wear a condom, you will be safer. Not safe, but safer.

The first answer to your question is wrong, HIV is NOT in saliva. You can not get HIV from a girl giving you oral sex, but you can get other STDs.

I don't know about HIV, but if she's performed oral sex before she could have an STD in her throat like gonorhea or syphilis.
