I have quit smoking several times. Every time I quit I get four to five canker sores. A doctor prescribed Kenolog in Orobase. I have also tried home remedies like salt water and apple cider viniger. Nothing works. Three doctors have even told me to keep smoking to keep the cankers away. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Well, I know the library has many books on how to quit smoking, and when the canker sores come just get the medicine that treats them. I'd bet once your body is completely ride of the cravings and the actual tobbaco, the sores will stop coming.

No doctor would EVER tell anyone to keep smoking. Stop making excuses for yourself, grow up and take control of your life.
