yes or no and if yes can u inflate it with a lot of helium 2 make u fly

No, its to porus and not a large enough volume for helium to lift a person.

I am fairly sure that you cannot inflate a wet suite to make you fly, but you could try tying about 300 balloons filled with helium to a lawn chair to fly a few feet or more. Bye.

No. A wet suit keeps you wet & therefore is not water-tight or air tight. A wet suit allows a thin layer of water to seep in and retains it against your skin, where the water warms up to your body temp.
If you stretch or bend a wet suit with too much force, you'll actuall reduce its buoyancy by breaking down the tiny air bubbles trapped in the neoprene.
Maybe you're thinking of a dry-suit: but it still would not work.
