You really need to see a doctor, if you haven't. You may require a hydrocolloid dressing. This is of gel and it molds to the pressure sore. This dressing remains in place for several days at a time.

have u tried moleskin? if not go to your local drug store and look for it. it will be sruare and you cut it to fit yourself. you can cut donut shapes around the arear to relieve pressure
