Ohhh... I know it hurts, but the myconium in your breasts are forming. Getting ready for you to breast feed when baby is born. If you squeezt the nippel, you may find sticky stuff comes out - - don't be alarmed, it will turn into milk if you breast feed, but its very healthy for baby.

It's probably just another normal side effect of your pregnancy, but if they are REALLY swollen, I'd see your dr. about it to be safe.

You are getting ready to breastfeed. Talk to your obgyn though, don't take our words for it, your baby is too important...
