is there a word that describes someone that has crossed actual reality with some other reality like tv, video games..etc?

are you saying you feel like you have become part of the show? this sounds like a psychotic break of some sort. are you doing any drugs? changes in anything in your life that has caused added stress? you need to talk to your doctor about it.

The way you have worded your question it sounds as if there was a hybrid becoming of 'actual reality' and this other 'reality' like 'TV', 'video games etc.". I think the correct word that would describe this 'someone' is conscious spectator.

Do you mean you relate things in life to video games and stuff or do you mean that you actually feel that your life is a game, movie etc.?
