Well, gas for a start! You may also want Kleenex, a garbage bag/can, a cosmetic bag in the glove compartment (ie:lipstick, cold cream, mascara...) some granola bars (yum), scissors (don't ask...they always come in handy!), an emergency kit, some of your fave CD's, a map of wherever you may go in the future, some emergency money for toll booths, and finally, your favorite little trinket dangling from the mirror, along with some air freshener. You're a lucky gal, have fun with your new toy!!!

Dream catcher hanging from the rearview mirrow, YEP, I believe in that stuff too... I've had the same dream catcher for a bit now and it's my lucky charm (please don't laugh!) I take it with me everytime I get a different car. I bought it after I was in a car accident, I like to think that I haven't had accidents because of it.

First aid kit, ice scraper, MAPS, toilet paper, some granola bars, a bottle of water, a lighter, matches, an extra jacket... besides an spare tire, lift, etc

Jumper cables, blanket, flash light. Extra fuses, windshield fluid, oil, a funnel. Depending on where you live if you happen to live where you get snow you should keep a bag of cat litter to put under your tires just in case you get stuck in snow. And also you should have a spare and all of the tools to change a tire like a 4 way to remove lug nuts, a jack to lift the car. Hope this helps!!!!

A flashlight is always a good idea, and a blanket if you get stranded somewhere. Also, tissues. A box of tissues is essential. Last but not least, a great stereo system, a big CD wallet and a good sturdy cup holder big enough to hold HUGE LATTES. Congrats on your new car!

Congrats on getting your new car! You might want to add an emergency breakdown kit with flashlight. etc. Sheepskin cover for the seats, cb radio, mini-dvd player and portable toilet, small refridge or cooler, gps nav device, and you are set. Another fun item is a marine bull horn for yelling at people to get out of the way.

You should get an emergency kit - you can buy them just about anywhere. You should also keep a blanket - and make sure you have jumper cables, and the right equipment to change a tire (your car should come with this, but learn how to use it.)

A phone charger would be helpful too

an extra key in a magnetic case hidden behind the bumper or the license plate!!. That way when you lock your keys in the car you dont have to wait for someone to rescue you! I have carried around jumper cables, fix a flat, first aid kit, etc. and never once had to use them...However, that spare key hidden behind my bumper has been used more times than I can count! Congrats on your new car!!

first go get yourself a good first aid kit.

then get some road flares, a good flashlight, i reccomend a Maglite

jumper cables

get some winshield washer fluid, a quart or 2 of 10W-30

Fix a Flat. make sure you keep your jack and tire iron that came with the car in there, if your car doest have one, get one.

Im a First Responder so i carry a tool called a Res-Q-Wrench with me from galls emergency equiptment. it has a seat belt cutter, window punch, hydrant spanner and its very handy to have, even if your not with any emergency company.

after you got the essentails go filler up with tvs, and huge subwoofers

You should have a basic first aid kit and some sort of road kit, like for flat tires and such. Otherwise, in my car i keep tissue and sunscreen in the door pockets along hand sanitizer and an extra dog leash.( cuz the dog likes to ride and just jumps in)maps come in handy. a bottle of water. change in the ash tray...when the kid was little we kept a small bin with hot wheels and those annoying "happy meal" toys in it.
