For all that... $450... washing walls? that's a lot of work. $450 easily.

Then you want windows? Depends on how many windows, double hungs or not, in & out. You should have a window cleaner who specializes in that job. If it's a 2-story it's probably a higher charge for being on the ladders, etc.

It depends on where you live...as you can imagine the cost of living in certain areas is a lot more. Your best bet would be to have a couple cleaning services come over and give you an estimate. They all havespecial price for cleaning to get your house ready to be put on the market.

That would all depend on so many different things. It would depend on: the square footage of the house; the number of rooms; the amount/level of cleaning to be done; how quickly it would have to be done by; the number of staff that would be needed to complete the job on time; the area that you live in/the prices that they would normally charge etc.... the list goes on and on

I live in a similar size house in the Denver metro area...Here you would pay between $250 and $400. Look in the classified section of your local newspaper and call around to find the best cleaner for the best price. My husband is military and we move a lot, and I've found that for a house that size it is easier and more efficient to clean and paint yourself prior to moving out.

It depends where you live. I live outside Chicago and I would probably charge you anywhere from $300 to $450, depending on how dirty it is and how much time it takes me.

Free if you do it yourself...as far as labor goes...$$$$$$$ for new paint, carpet, refinish floors, fixing minor repairs. Do not spend more than $2000 for these things.
