Go to www.barnesandnoble.com and you should be able to find locations by area code. Also try mapquest. If you know a decent amount of information about the place, they can probably help fill in the blanks. If they can figure out the exact store you're talking about, they should be able to give you enough info for you to use on B&N's official website to find a phone number for the store.

Use a phone number lookup service such as
http://www.switchboard.com/
Type in Barnes and Noble along with the City and State.
Also http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ has a place on the left hand side to type in your zip code and find locations nearby.
