ok so im like on my 2nd or 3rd day i just started my period is it normal for it to be a real light flow yesterday it was a heavier flow is this normal.

Yes, it's normal. Your body is cleaning itself out and it doesn't only have 1 speed. Just be prepared with pads/tampons and relax.

It usually starts out light and then is heavier for the next few days then tapers off again.
